چکیده

Turf bermudagrass (Cynodon spp.) is the most common, warm-season, sod-forming perennial grass for residential lawns, sports fields, golf courses, and public landscapes in warm climates across world. Genetic diversity identity information are important breeding new cultivars production certification. Accordingly, this experiment was designed to genotype experimental selections along with commercial analyze their genetic diversity. Nineteen advanced from Oklahoma State University (OSU) turfgrass program 13 were used analysis. Fifty-four simple sequence repeat (SSR) primer pairs (PPs) selected genome produced 618 polymorphic PCR fragments, of which 120 fragments amplified by using 48 SSRs unique 19 selections. similarity coefficients varied 0.69 1.00. The AMOVA results indicated 94% variation resided within or cultivars. UPGMA analysis showed that groupings associated origins parental germplasm. seventeen distinct identified genetically different all tested, demonstrating potential adding existing cultivar pool if one more genotypes released production.

Analysis of genetic diversity among wild bermudagrass germplasm from southwest China using SSR markers.

Fifty-five wild accessions of bermudagrass (Cynodon dactylon) were collected from southwest China (Sichuan, Chongqing, Yunnan, Guizhou, and Tibet), and their genetic diversity was analyzed using simple sequence repeat markers. A total of 267 polymorphic bands were detected with 18 primer combinations. The genetic similarity among the accessions ranged from 0.688 to 0.894 with an average of 0.79...

Efficiency of anchored and non-anchored ISSR markers to estimate genetic diversity among bread wheat cultivars

DNA markers are integrally connected to the success of molecular breeding and are fundamentally required by breeders to be able to, a. identify new gene sources in the available biodiversity, b. select parents in order to increase heterosis, c. decrease the number of backcross generations for gene introgression breeding programs, and d. carry out marker-assisted selection (MAS). The present re...

Genetic Diversity of pear (Pyrus spp) Germplasm Assessed by Simple Sequence Repeat (SSR) and Morphological Traits

This study was conducted to identify and recognize relations and diversity among accessions of the Iranianpears (Pyrus spp). A total of 34 pear accessions, derived presumably from at least six species, were subjected to simple sequence repeat (SSR) analysis. The Japanese and the Chinese pear samples were; “Housui” and “Yali” cultivars, example of Pyrus pyrifolia and P. bretschneideri, respectiv...

Genetic diversity among some canola cultivars as revealed by RAPD, SSR and AFLP analyses

To assess the genetic diversity among four canola cultivars (namely, Serw-3, Serw-4, Misser L-16 and Semu 249), random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD), simple sequence repeat polymorphism (SSR) and amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) analyses were performed. The data indicated that all of the three molecular markers gave different levels of polymorphism. A total of 118, 31 and 338 ma...
